Historyof Villa del Fattore
As the Controni estate grew in importance, it became renowned as a wine and olive oil producer shipping to Italian descendents in South America/Argentina. Villa del Fattore was added in the early 17th century as a home for the workers of the estate and included a bread oven, stables, grain storage, etc.
